Identical in appearance to Carriage House, Coach House welcomes guests through a large entrance hall and into a vast sitting room with wood-burning stove. The sitting room opens through two arched windows on to a private south-facing terrace, with fabulous lake views through the dappled woodland.

This luxury 5-star self-catering holiday cottage offers wonderfully spacious living quarters and accommodates up to eight guests in 4 bedrooms.
A large entrance hall welcomes visitors to the cottage, where a vast sitting room with wood burner opens through two arched windows on to a private south facing terrace with fabulous lake views through dappled woodland.
Coach House has an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen that is separated from the dining area by a granite breakfast bar. As in all the cottages on Doxford Estate, the dining area is furnished with a high quality oak refectory table and chairs, here offering ample seating for up to ten guests.
A fully fitted utility room is attached to the kitchen; there is also a convenient downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
Sleeping accommodation comprises a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room; one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room; and two further twin bedrooms. The first twin bedroom can be made up as a double bed if preferred. There are wall mounted televisions in the two principal bedrooms.
A spacious family bathroom with bath and power shower completes the accommodation.
